Fans of "Hell's Kitchen," the cooking-competition
show on Fox featuring barbed-tongue British chef Gordon Ramsay, may now dine
at the first Hell's Kitchen restaurant, in the Caesars Palace Las Vegas.
Designed to resemble the filming set of the show,
the 300-seat Hell's Kitchen restaurant has an entryway with a video of
a life-sized Ramsay greeting guests.
With many of its design cues based on the concepts of fire
and heat as well as the show's pitchfork logo, the restaurant, as with the
show, will feature chefs and cooks wearing red and blue jackets and bandanas.
The restaurant will also afford guests views of the Las Vegas Strip and Caesars
Palace fountains.
Menu items at the restaurant, Ramsay's fifth in Las Vegas,
will include brick-pressed chicken and beef wellington. Menu items featured on
the show will be periodically added to the restaurant's menu. The restaurant's
bar will feature gin drinks with "surprise" notes from Ramsay.
Ramsay's restaurant group, which oversees 33 restaurants
worldwide, also announced with Caesars Entertainment last week that a Gordon
Ramsay Steak restaurant will open at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City this
Memorial Day weekend.
