The Hilton Washington D.C. National Mall will open its doors
on April 1.
Located above D.C.'s L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station, the
property is the culmination of a renovation and reflagging of the former L'Enfant
Plaza Hotel.
Housing a total of 367 guestrooms, the Hilton Washington
D.C. National Mall promises views of the city's skyline and the Capitol dome,
Washington National Cathedral and Washington Monument, among other landmarks.
The property will exclusively offer a king-sized bed in
every guestroom, with select rooms featuring two king-sized beds. Interior
design touches will include plank flooring, barn doors and porcelain bathrooms,
with some guestrooms featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and artwork inspired by
D.C.'s cherry blossoms.
The hotel's premium accommodations will include 50 Executive
guestrooms, an Ambassador Suite and one Presidential Suite. Guests staying at
the Executive level and above will have access to the property's lobby-level
executive lounge, which offers concierge services and complimentary continental
breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres daily.
The Hilton Washington D.C. National Mall will have 23,000
square feet of meeting and event space, including the 5,406-square-foot L'Enfant
Ballroom, 4,240-square-foot Gallery Ballroom and 2,109-square-foot Solarium. A poolside
reception area is available to host outdoor galas and fundraisers and is
outfitted with fire pits, cabanas and a bar.
The property's dining
program will be anchored by the French-inspired L'Enfant Bar & Grill, led
by food and beverage director Peter Laufer. Other venues include a lobby bar,
offering cocktails, wine and local beers, as well as a full-service Starbucks
and grab-and-go marketplace.
