The Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach, a Hyatt Residence Club resort,
has opened on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
It is the first Hyatt timeshare resort to open since
Interval Leisure Group acquired Hyatt Residence Club earlier this year for $190
million.
The property, which sits on 1,800 feet of beachfront, has 131
units ranging from one to three bedrooms. The 40-acre resort also has a
3,000-square-foot gym.
There are 16 Hyatt Residence Club properties, including four
each in Colorado and Florida, and two in California.
