Raffles hotel opens in Mecca

The Raffles Makkah Palace has opened in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, in the new Abraj Al Bait complex.

The hotel is steps from the Masjid Al Haram, the world’s largest mosque.

Raffles said the Makkah Palace has 213 suites with views of the mosque and Kaaba.
