NEW YORK -- The Lucayan Resort at Grand Bahama Island introduced
its new name: Our Lucaya.
The 1,350-room resort on Grand Bahama Island, which opened 550
rooms in April 1999, will fully open on Dec. 1. Lighthouse Pointe,

When Our Lucaya opens it will have two 18-hole golf courses, the

More more than $400 million has been pumped into the property,
which is owned by Hong Kong-based Hutchinson Whampoa Limited.
