Starwood Hotels & Resorts said it will no longer manage three resorts in French Polynesia, effective sometime in 2009.
The properties are the Sheraton Hotel Tahiti, Sheraton Moorea and Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa, a Luxury Collection Resort.
The owner of the three resorts, Tahiti real estate developer Louis Wane, and Starwood mutually agreed to end the management contracts, Starwood said.
Starwood will continue to manage the St. Regis Bora Bora, Le Meridien Tahiti and Le Meridien Bora Bora.
