British travel company Thomas Cook Group next May plans to open a
boutique hotel under a new brand, Casa Cook, on the Greek island of Rhodes.
The Casa Cook Rhodes will have 90 rooms as well as design
touches such as vintage furniture and individually selected artwork. Cuisine
will showcase local ingredients. Daybeds and hammocks will surround the swimming
pool.
The company plans to add three more Casa Cook hotels by
summer 2017.
Thomas Cook Group’s other hotel brands include Sentido,
SunConnect, Sunwing, Sunprime and Smartline.
