The Universal Kids Resort will open on July 1 in Frisco, Texas.
Tickets, hotel packages and an annual pass option are now on sale. Guests can purchase one- and two-day general admission tickets. The Universal Kids Resort Silver Annual Pass is also available, providing 12 months of access to the park; blackout dates apply. Pass options that include parking are offered, as well. Ticket prices start at $54.99
Parkgoers can also buy a "create your own" package, enabling guests to customize their stay with multiple ticket options, including a special 1.5-day admission ticket, accommodations, flights and benefits like early park admission.
Universal said its concept -- a theme park designed specifically for children -- is a first among regional parks.
Inside the 20-acre park, guests will find seven themed lands: DreamWorks' Shrek's Swamp, Jurassic World Adventure Camp, Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants Bikini Bottom, Illumination's Minions vs. Minions: Bello Bay Club, DreamWorks' TrollsFest, DreamWorks' Puss in Boots Del Mar and the Isle of Curiosity featuring DreamWorks' Gabby's Dollhouse.
The on-site Universal Kids Resort Hotel at the park's entrance has 300 rooms and family suites, dining and an outdoor pool.
All room types at the Universal Kids Resort Hotel are open for bookings starting June 30. Categories include standard queen, deluxe queen and signature queen rooms, which sleep up to five, as well as family suites, which sleep up to six guests.
