Wynn Resorts is rolling back operating hours at its Encore property in Las Vegas due to reduced demand.

Starting Oct. 19, the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas will be operating on a modified five-day/four-night schedule, closing at noon on Monday each week and reopening its hotel, casino, restaurants and amenities at 2 p.m. every Thursday.

Hotel guests will be permitted to check in at the Encore any time after 2 p.m. on Thursdays and will need to complete their check-out by noon on Mondays.

Concurrently, the Encore's Poker Room area will be temporarily moved to the Wynn Las Vegas, where it will operate on the casino floor seven days a week.

In a statement, Wynn Resorts said the scheduling change "will continue indefinitely until consumer demand for Las Vegas increases."
