Orbitz this week unveiled what it calls the first full-service, Spanish-language travel website in the U.S.
The company is looking to lure more Latino visitors by offering 40% discounts on hotel rooms for fall travel in locales such as New York City, Miami, the Dominican Republic and Cancun.
Orbitz also launched a mobile website in conjunction with the new site, Orbitz en Espanol.
Orbitz accounts for about 21% of all U.S. travel booked through OTAs, or about half the market share of Expedia, according to PhoCusWright.
