Luxury tour operator
Abercrombie & Kent and British automaker Land Rover have partnered to
design seven self-drive journeys for 2015.
The new program, Land
Rover Adventure Travel by Abercrombie & Kent, puts guests in the driver’s
seat of a full-terrain, sports utility Land Rover for an itinerary curated by
Abercrombie & Kent, including local guides, luxury accommodations and meals.
The destinations for
2015 include Australia, Botswana, Morocco, England, Scotland, Namibia and
Tanzania.
Prior to setting out,
guests will receive guidance from Land Rover driving instructors. They will
then embark on what is being billed as “a range of challenging off-road
driving experiences.”
Land Rover Adventure
Travel by Abercrombie & Kent begins at $8,650 per person, based on double
occupancy, including meals, accommodations and a range of exclusive
experiences.
