Collette has unveiled a series of tours that highlight
foodie experiences in each destination.
The 16 culinary-driven itineraries consist of existing tours
with added gastronomy experiences as well as four
completely new itineraries. The itineraries include sampling authentic regional
cuisine, and meeting locals who are keeping certain culinary traditions alive
as well as creating new ones.
Examples include visiting vineyards in France's Provence
region, ancient teahouses in Beijing, and spice markets in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The tours include the nine-day "Italy's Bella Vita" from $3,599
per person, the 10-day "Journey through Southern France" from $3,999, the
11-day "Novelties of Northern Spain" from $3,549, and the 10-day
"Switzerland: Hidden Trails & Majestic Peaks" from $3,799.
