Luxury tour operator Cox & Kings has named Warren Chang chief operating officer of its Americas division in Los Angeles and promoted Patrick Richards to president.
Chang joins Cox & Kings after a decade-long career at Travelzoo, where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of search. Prior to joining Travelzoo, Chang was a marketing consultant for clients that included global lifestyle brands and financial services companies.
In a newly expanded role, Richards adds president to his existing responsibilities as chief commercial officer for Cox & Kings Ltd., a position he has held since 2013. Richards will continue to be based in the company's London office, and Chang will report to Richards.
