She will replace Jennie Ho in the position. Ho was recently appointed vice president of in-flight field operations at Delta Air Lines.

Winters will join Delta Vacations from Delta Air Lines, where she was most recently director of product retailing. She joined Delta in 2016 and has held roles in marketing and digital strategy.

Before that, she had ties with the airline since 2005. Over that period of time, she was a client lead with Digitas, Delta's longstanding marketing and technology agency partner.
