DENVER -- Navigant International here bought World Wide Travel
Service, a $290 million agency in Little Rock, Ark.
Navigant bought the agency in early October. The company said it
didn't need to disclose the purchase or its terms in financial
filings because the acquisition isn't material to its earnings.
The purchase, though, should boost Navigant's sales volume to
$5.63 billion.
During a transition, WWTS will continue using its own name, but
that brand eventually will go away, said Bob Griffith, Navigant's
chief financial officer.
Prior to the acquisition, Navigant did not have an office in
Arkansas.
