VRX Studios, ACV ink Web content deal: Travel Weekly

VANCOUVER -- VRX Studios, the company specializing in virtual tours, interactive maps and other Web photography, signed a one year, nonexclusive licensing agreement to provide destination content to Air Canada Vacations.

VRX Studios, a subsidiary of VRX Worldwide, will prop up ACV's English- (www.aircanadavacations.com) and French-language (www.vacancesaircanada.com) Web sites with content from the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii and mainland U.S.

The agreement is part of ACV's plan to enhance its sites this month with last-minute offers and updated information on flight availability and pricing.

VRX already provides imagery to numerous travel companies, including Expedia, Virgin Holidays, Princess Cruise Lines, Sandals, AAA and the Bermuda Dept. of Tourism.
