ASTA has launched a series of virtual
educational seminars designed to help agencies improve customer
service skills and implement innovative management procedures.
The live
Internet-based, interactive seminar series is produced in
cooperation with KRM Virtual Seminars and draws on experienced
business strategists and entrepreneurs who will draw on their own
experiences and share sure-fire tips for success, ASTA
said.
Among the upcoming
seminars is Creating Long-Term Growth: Unlocking the Power of
Management Innovation, scheduled for Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.

The seminar will
delve into a companys management DNA, and how traditional
management theories can harm a company and define the obstacles and
challenges that will either make or break a company in the wake of
unexpected change, ASTA said.

certain practices that will improve their credibility and
authenticity, ASTA said.
Travel agents and
suppliers who participate in these types of seminars will see both
immediate and long-term results, said Cheryl Hudak, ASTA president
