The American Society of Travel Advisors has redesigned its website, putting members front and center.
Instead of stock photos, ASTA has populated its website with photos of travel advisors, which the Society said gives "visitors an authentic look at the people and experiences that define ASTA."
The website's pages for advocacy and member resources got "major upgrades," ASTA said, making the website easier to navigate for members and policymakers. The revamped site also has paths for potential, new and established members, offering appropriate resources for each group.
The website has a landing page where members will soon be able to report hotel commissions that are delinquent for more than 45 days after a client's stay is complete, a problem ASTA president and CEO Zane Kerby has been vocal about.
ASTA's Verified Travel Advisor program has been integrated into the main site, enabling members to access both ASTA and VTA content with a single sign-on.
