GLENDALE, Calif. -- The Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA)
and African Travel Inc. are sponsoring half-day African travel
workshops in Bel Air and Newport Beach, Calif., on March 29.
These workshops are intended for agents interested in becoming
Africa destination specialists and offer the opportunity to earn
education credits toward a certified travel associate or certified
travel counselor designation with ICTA.
The six-hour seminar includes video presentations, a book
review, charts, maps, brochures and follow-up support for the
agency. The cost for this workshop is $79, which includes a
four-book series on Africa, a study guide and desktop job aid and a
diploma upon successful completion. Registration must be submitted
by March 10.
