Arch RoamRight has introduced a new Platinum Upgrade that increases insurance benefits to meet requirements in certain destinations and provides access to information on Covid-19 risks and restrictions through risk assessment provider WorldAware.
"We heard the concerns that many of our travel providers were facing and felt it was important for us to supply our travel advisors with the necessary tools to navigate this post-Covid-19 travel environment effectively," Arch RoamRight's vice president of business development Cory Sobczyk said in a statement.
The Platinum Upgrade is an optional add-on to the Arch RoamRight Pro Plus plan. It increases limits for emergency medical, medical evacuation and trip delay benefits, which will help travelers meet the minimums required by some destinations, such as Costa Rica.
The WorldAware component of the upgrade will give travel advisors access to up-to-date, in-country information about Covid-19 requirements and conditions, accessible via Arch RoamRight's portal. Advisors can email travelers reports before their departures.
