Brooklyn Trade Show Slated for Nov. 5

BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- More than 65 suppliers will be exhibiting at the 10th annual trade show sponsored by Travel Agents of Brooklyn & Staten Island. The event is set for Nov. 5 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Gargiulio's Restaurant here.

Some 400 agents were on hand for the 1996 trade show. Attendees must work for IATAN-affiliated retail agencies.

In other news, the group named new officers and support personnel. All Brooklyn-based, they include: Frank Costagliola, president, of Avantage Travel; Betty Brenner, vice president, of Brenner Travel; Lucille Visintini, corresponding secretary, of Jane's International Travel, and Louise Baskerville, recording secretary, of Me Again Travel.

Also, Bob Paradiso, was named treasurer, and Elcy Naas, publicity officer, both of Paradise Travel.
