CCRA International has acquired ABC Global Services. The combined companies will operate as ABC•CCRA.
According to CCRA, teams at both companies will remain in place. Dee Runyan will continue as president of ABC, reporting to CCRA CEO and president Dic Marxen.
ABC's hotel program has nearly 60,000 hotels with negotiated rates and amenities. ABC also delivers a ground transportation program and travel insurance offerings.
CCRA offers access to about 70 airlines via its air program with net and discounted fares. It also offers a 24/7 call center, the TRUE Member Program that accredits agencies with a TRUE Code and a network of suppliers. Marxen said combining the services and products of CCRA and ABC "positions us to deliver unparalleled value to agencies and suppliers of all sizes."
Runyan said together, the companies are "providing agencies and partners with more tools, stronger programs and a broader network than ever before."
