Funjet Vacations completed additions to its travel agent resource center, which features sale and incentive details, program information, marketing tools and training, and packed it into one place: the Suppler Showcase in VAX VacationAccess.
Funjet said that the aim was to allow agents to stay within VAX to navigate between the booking engine and resource center. Previously, Funjet’s marketing tools and resources could also be accessed via www.funjetagentadvantage.com. Agents who go to that site now are automatically redirected to Funjet’s resource center.
“We are trying to make doing business with Funjet easier,” said Megan Kocchi, senior manager of travel agency marketing. “Surveys were recently sent to travel agents to collect feedback on our marketing sites and tools. The decision to make one source for travel agent Funjet information was a direct result of travel agent feedback.”
Funjet added more marketing resources and a navigation menu with tabs for Promotions, Incentives, Programs, Marketing Tools and Training. Agents can also view the top deals by destination.
Agents access the resource center in VAX by selecting “Supplier Showcase” in the top menu and then choosing Funjet Vacations, found under “Vacations” in the drop down menu.
