Funjet Vacations is allowing travel agents using its booking engine to choose before they start their booking to have transfers as optional or included in the base price.
For Mexico and Caribbean vacations where they automatically want the transfers included, agents select the package type on both hotel only and package that includes “+ transfers Mex/Car” in the name. This will automatically include transfers in the base pricing. For optional transfers agents should choose “Flight + Hotel Package” or “Hotel Only” in the package type.
With optional transfers, agents can quote base package or hotel-only pricing with an optional transfer add-on. Transfers are automatically added to the shopping cart but can be removed or changed.
Agents continue to be able to include transfers in the price. With this option, transfers are built into the package and cannot be removed.
