Global Travel Collection (GTC), the luxury arm of Internova Travel Group (No. 10 on Travel Weekly's Power List), has evolved its top advisor recognition program, the Circle, into a growth accelerator.

The Circle represents the top 15% of advisors who are members of GTC in the U.S. and the U.K. This year, it is home to 232 independent contractor (IC)-owned businesses and in-house advisors, all with at least $3 million in 2025 sales. GTC said many Circle members generate more than $10 million.

This year, 20 new IC business owners have joined for the first time.

Members of the Circle now have increased marketing support, resources dedicated to their success and heightened engagement with preferred suppliers.

There are three tiers within the Circle: Diamond, Platinum and Gold.

"The Circle is not just about recognizing past performance, it's about helping our top advisors build even stronger businesses," GTC president Angie Licea said in a release. "We've designed the program as a strategic platform that gives advisors the tools, connections and visibility they need to grow, innovate and lead in today's travel industry."
