Signature Travel Network has named Michelle Lardizabal its chief marketing and sales officer, effective May 11.

Lardizabal is currently the chief sales officer for North America at Azamara Cruises, a post she will hold through May 1.
A 25-year industry veteran, she has also held senior leadership roles at MSC Cruises, Club Med and City Wonders, and spent more than 10 years with Royal Caribbean Cruises.
At Signature, Lardizabal will oversee the cooperative's global partnership portfolio, including cruise, hotel and resort, land, specialty suppliers, and destination and tourism boards. She will also lead its marketing initiatives and data advancements. Lardizabal will report to president Karryn Christopher.
