Vacation rental software company Ciirus is launching a B2B bedbank for travel advisors and tour operators, HomeBeds, solely featuring vacation rental homes.

Through HomeBeds, advisors and tour operators will have access to more than 25,000 professionally managed homes. The properties were sourced in partnership with Ciirus.

Rob Dempster, contracting executive with HomeBeds, said the company is still determining how advisors will be compensated for bookings. That decision will be made based on feedback once agents have registered for the site.

HomeBeds could offer net rates, build in some commission or offer users the choice between those two options. If users do opt for a commission, Dempster said it would likely be in the 10% to 15% range.
