SAN DIEGO -- Travel insurance provider CSA rolled out its Impulse
Travel Discount, a 15% reduction on travel insurance coverage for
those booking travel at the last minute.
CSA said that Impulse does not reduce consumer coverage or
agency commissions.
The 15% discount automatically applies to the CSA Vacation
Guarantee (VG40) Gold Plan or Silver Plan when the coverages are
purchased by travelers booking within 15 days of trip
departure.
Les Maine, CSA's president and chief executive, said the
discount "recognizes the insurance savings associated with
last-minute travel bookings."
