Concur co-founders leaving the company

Concur co-founders Rajeev Singh and Michael Hilton announced they are leaving the company on Jan. 30, according to three separate emails sent to employees and obtained Tuesday by Business Travel News, a sister publication of Travel Weekly.

Concur, a provider of travel and expense services, was founded in 1993. SAP closed on its $8.3 billion acquisition of Concur in December.

Concur appointed Elena Donio, previously Concur executive vice president and general manager of small and mid-size business, Concur president to replace Rajeev Singh effective immediately, according to co-founder Steve Singh's email.

Michael Hilton

Barry Padgett, previously Concur executive vice president and general manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa, succeeds Hilton as executive vice president of travel services, according to the same email.

Rajeev Singh and Hilton are available through June for "transition-related activities," the emails stated.
