Expedia Inc. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi’s
2015 pay may be worth as much as $94.6 million, which would make him the
S&P 500’s highest-paid CEO, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Almost $91 million is tied to
stock options, many of which are priced higher than Expedia Inc.'s current stock
price, indicating that Expedia shares would have to spike more than 50% by 2020
in order for him to earn the maximum amount. Khosrowshahi earned $9.6 million
in 2014.
