ROSWELL, Ga. -- Hi-Mark Software was acquired by Integrated
ProfitMax Corp., a profit recovery and information management firm
that is seeking to expand its services to corporate travel
departments and travel management firms.
Hi-Mark, based here, offers software and consulting services for
integrating travel and related expense data from multiple sources
for data warehousing and analysis.
IPMax, a California firm that just moved from Costa Mesa to
Newport Beach, said the acquisition will enable it to apply
Hi-Mark's technology to other areas of corporate procurement.
