SOUTHLAKE, Texas
-- Sabre completed its acquisition of hotel-technology firm SynXis
and appointed Joseph Nicholson its president and general manager.
Nicholson spent
15 years at Pegasus Solutions, including stints as president and
chief operating officer.
Sabre said that
SynXis, which offers distribution, technology and reservation
management services to hotels, works with 6,000
properties.
