International Communications Research of Media, Pa., will survey U.S. adults by telephone about their travel habits, preferences and Internet usage.

The PhoCusWright conference runs Nov. 2 to 4. Planned speakers include Richard Barton, general manager of Microsoft's travel business unit and Terry Jones, president of Sabre Interactive. The registration fee is $1,095 until Sept. 1; $1,195 thereafter.

Registration and travel arrangements are being handled by Kingdom Vacations in Plains, Pa. The numbers to call are (800) 342-6519 or (717) 824-3683. Inquiries also can be directed through www.phocuswright.com/live98.
