Worldspan to halt toll-free help desk support: Travel Weekly

ATLANTA -- Starting Jan. 1, if Worldspan's GDS subscribers choose to phone the help desk to report technology glitches or ask questions, it's going to cost them.

That's because Worldspan is discontinuing its toll-free customer support service.

Worldspan recommends that subscribers take advantage of the company's free e-mail support service.

Worldspan said an "easy-to-use e-mail template" can be accessed from the Worldspan Go! home page under the "Service and Support" tab.

To contact reporter Jerry Limone, send e-mail to [email protected].
