Silversea
Cruises said that for the first time it has included Quick Response (QR) barcodes in
its new brochures for the 2015-16 season.
The codes
can be scanned with smartphones and tablets to bring up images and unlock
additional information from the brochures.
Silversea
said its paper catalog is 192 pages and there is a separate 157-page brochure
just for its expedition ships and cruises. Both are available also in digital
form.
