RICARDA LINDNER has been appointed general manager of the Americas for the German National Tourist Office, effective April 1. She will be based in New York. Lindner will replace Michaela Klare, who will become the organization's regional manager for Northwest Europe, based in Amsterdam. Lindner has served as the GNTO's marketing manager for North America since 2000.

ZURICH AIRPORT unveiled three new Swiss International Air Lines facilities: a first-class lounge, a ticket office and a redesigned check-in lounge. Plans in 2008 call for the opening of a new Miles & More Senator Lounge and a new Swiss business-class lounge. The final phase of improvements will result in a 32,292-square-foot lounge complex.
