Fort Young Hotel & Dive Resort in Roseau, Dominica, will debut its Fort Collection with the launch of 60 rooms next October, bringing the resort's total room count to 100.
Of the new rooms, 28 offer mountain views, with rates from $194 per night, double. The remaining 32 rooms overlook the Caribbean Sea, with rates from $206 per night, double.
All the rooms are available for booking.
The Fort Collection section will also include a fitness center, business center, bar and lounge, conference room for 200 and a 250-seat sun deck for weddings and other events.
Fort Young plans to refurbish its original 40 rooms as well and already completed several property enhancements following Hurricane Maria in 2017, including the poolside bar Jacko's; an expanded boardwalk with waterfront shops and Warner's Bar; the redone Palisades restaurant; and a new dive operation that operates daily trips from the hotel's shores.
