Expedition cruise line Atlas Ocean Voyages said that president and CEO James Rodriguez will leave the company at the end of 2024 to pursue other opportunities.

Atlas in 2022 had hired Rodriguez, a founding member of Oceania Cruises' management team in the early 2000s.
"Over the past two years, Rodriguez has effectively led the company through a period of substantial growth, redefining luxury expedition cruising while expanding the brand's footprint both in North America and internationally," Atlas said in a statement.
Atlas said the search for a new president is underway, and its plan is to name a successor by the end of the year.
