Carnival Corp.'s lineup of travel shows on Saturday-morning
television have been picked up for a second season by their network
distributors.
Season two of "The Voyager with Josh Garcia"
premieres on NBC stations on Sept. 30. "Ocean Treks with Jeff Corwin"
and "Vacation Creation with Tommy Davidson and Andrea Feczko" make
their new season debuts on ABC stations the following week on Oct. 7.
John Padgett, chief experience and innovation officer for
Carnival, said the shows help create awareness and drive demand for cruises,
especially Carnival brands.
All three shows were ranked as number one or number two in
their time slot during the inaugural season, which Padgett said was evidence of
the interest in cruising.
