Carnival Cruise Line is bringing back its Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast for the first time since the pandemic spurred a pause in operations.

The Cat in The Hat-themed breakfast will return to the fleet on Oct. 1. The event is part of the line's Seuss at Sea program, featuring appearances and photo opportunities with Dr. Seuss characters.

Menu items include green eggs and ham, brightly-colored fruit and what Carnival calls "gravity-defying fluffy pancake stacks" and "funky French toast." The breakfast also serves "Moose Juice" and "Goose Juice" along with classic breakfast dishes. The breakfast is offered once per cruise.

The Seuss at Sea fleetwide program also includes Seuss-a-Palooza Story Time, beginning Nov. 1. Dr. Seuss Bookville reading venues are located on select ships. The program also includes character interactions, toys, games and movies shown onboard.
