Carnival Corp. chairman Micky Arison and CEO Arnold Donald were ordered to appear at a June 3 hearing regarding probation for the company's Princess Cruises brand.

U.S. District Court Judge Patricia Seitz also summoned Carnival board member Stuart Subotnick to the hearing, which is to review a proposed agreement with federal prosecutors to avoid a probation-revocation hearing.

Princess and seven other Carnival brands were put under a five-year court monitoring program as part of Princess' guilty plea to criminal pollution charges in 2016. Prosecutors had sought in March to revoke Princess' probation before later reaching an agreement.
