Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its deployment in Australia to include four new Carnival Journeys cruises in the Asia-Pacific region.

The new itineraries to Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia will include seven maiden port calls for Carnival Cruise Line. The Carnival Luminosa will cruise to new destinations in 2026, and the Carnival Adventure will follow in 2027. (The Carnival Adventure is the current Pacific Adventure sailing for P&O Cruises Australia. Carnival Corp. is retiring the P&O Australia brand.)

The Luminosa will sail a 14-day cruise from Tokyo to Singapore departing Oct. 9, 2026. The ship will make Carnival’s inaugural visits to Hong Kong, Osaka (Kyoto) and Fukuoka (Hakata) in Japan; South Korea’s Seogwip (Jeju); and Keelung (Taipei), Taiwan. The ship will also visit Phy My (Ho Chi Minh), Vietnam.

The Luminosa will also sail a 14-day cruise from Singapore to Brisbane on Nov. 30, 2026. The ship will call in Bali along with Darwin, Cairns and Airlie Beach, Australia.

The Adventure will sail new Asia-Pacific itineraries in 2027 with a 14-day Sydney-Singapore cruise. Departing on Jan. 27, 2027, the ship will call at Airlie Beach and Darwin, Australia; and Bali and Lombok, Indonesia.

The Adventure will later sail to new ports of call on a nine-day Southeast Asia cruise roundtrip from Singapore leaving Feb. 27, 2027. The itinerary will include new calls in Koh Samui and Laem Chabang (Bangkok), Thailand. The ship will also sail to Sihanoukville in Cambodia and Phy My (Ho Chi Minh) in Vietnam.

Sailings on the Luminosa should be booked through Carnival Cruise Line, Cruises on the Carnival Adventure should be booked through P&O Cruises Australia until March, when the P&O Australia brand goes away.
