roundtrip departure from London on Aug. 24, 2002, with calls at
Copenhagen, Denmark; Warnemunde, Germany; Helsinki; St. Petersburg,
Russia and Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The 12-day inaugural will be followed by a 15-day transatlantic
voyage departing London on Sept. 5 and visiting Le Harve, France;
Cobh, Ireland; Greenock, Scotland; Reykjavik, Iceland, and St.
John's, Newfoundland.
"Guests have been requesting [Carnival] voyages from Europe for
a number of years," said Bob Dickinson, Carnival's president.
He said Carnival may offer additional European cruises "in the
future."
