MIAMI -- Carnival Cruise Lines added a dozen tours to its roster of Alaska cruise excursions.

The options include a sled dog and mush camp experience in Skagway, a combination salmon bake and gold pan in Juneau and a tour of Ketchikan and its harbor in an amphibian vehicle called a "Duck."

Carnival offers seven-day Alaska sailings on the Carnival Spirit.
