Crystal says it will launch a new booking engine on Aug. 1 that will make managing cruise bookings easier and more efficient.
The tool will use an easy-to-navigate design to simplify the search and booking process and offer up-to-date information on cruise availability, suite categories and pricing, according to Crystal.
The engine will also use algorithms to recommend itineraries based on clients' preferences and identify optional back-to-back cruise combinations.
Advisors will have access to deals and promotions through the tool, as well as a dedicated support team and training resources, including webinars, video tutorials and step-by-step guides.
The line said it would integrate the booking engine into its website.
The new engine comes almost a year after Crystal, under new ownership from A&K Travel Group, relaunched the Crystal Serenity following a collapse of the former Crystal Cruises brand. Crystal has since relaunched the Crystal Symphony and signed a memorandum of agreement for two new ships, the first of which is scheduled to arrive in 2028.
