Crystal's 2028 ship, the Crystal Grace, will feature familiar specialty restaurants, and the cruise line has shared a first look at their design.
Umi Uma, Crystal's Nobu restaurant, will be on the fifth deck of the newbuild and offer floor-to-ceiling windows for ocean views. It will have a sushi bar for drop-in dining and a main dining room that requires reservations.

The dining venue serves Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine and was created in partnership with chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The menu will include seafood like black cod and grilled Chilean sea bass.
Osteria d'Ovidio is also returning on the Crystal Grace, offering Italian cuisine on Deck 10. The space will include a covered open-air seating area on a terrace as well as seating for 68 indoors.
Crystal collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Alajmo and restaurateur Raffaele Alajmo to create the establishment. The menu will include Italian classics, Venetian-inspired food and signature dishes from the Alajmo family's flagship restaurant.
Beefbar, Crystal's steakhouse collaboration with restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi, will also be on Deck 10 with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The cruise line partnered with Giraudi on the restaurant's design, which is intended to align with the Beefbar aesthetic, as the steakhouse has locations globally. Renderings show red and white seating and a red bar.
The Crystal Grace is scheduled to launch in June 2028 and is the first of three announced additions to the fleet.
