The original director's chair from "The Golden Girls" and other mementos from actress Betty White's life will be on display on Cunard's Queen Mary 2 for a sailing in early August, offering guests a sneak peek before the items go to auction in September.

The items will be on daily rotating display during the ship's Aug. 4 transatlantic crossing, including the first-draft script from "The Golden Girls" pilot episode, which White read when in consideration for the part of Rose.

Also on display: production-used scripts for "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," "The Golden Girls" and "Hot in Cleveland." The collection also includes White's gowns and jewelry.

Guests will have an opportunity to bid on select items before the three-day auction in Beverly Hills and online from Sept. 23 through 25. The exhibit is put on by Julien's Auctions.

White died on Dec. 31, 2021, at the age of 99.
