Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will serve a limited-edition Dominican mamajuana (spiced rum) that Candela crafted exclusively for the luxury line.
Called Marea, the rum is an extra-aged Gran Reserva Dominican rum made with locally sourced ingredients, including extra-aged Gran Reserva rum, honey and spices.
The rum is available to guests aboard the Evrima, Ritz-Carlton's first ship that debuted in 2022.
In cooperation with Candela, the ship will also feature a glass tower using slow-drip technology to produce complex cocktails.
