Explora Journeys guests can now earn rewards through its new loyalty program, Explora Club.
Guests who have status with other luxury lines receive the same level of benefits from their first Explora cruise.
Explora Club offers perks like a welcome gift at the lowest level to suite upgrades and wellness credits at the highest.
There are five levels of membership: classic, silver (1-5,000 points), gold (5,001-20,000 points), platinum (20,001-50,000 points) and diamond (more than 50,000 points).
Perks include a personalized welcome from the general manager at the silver level, a complimentary laundry bag at the gold level, priority reservations for services and a tour of the bridge and engine room at platinum, and private shopping at the boutiques during special hours at diamond.
Diamond status also earns members a complimentary one-week cruise, private airport transfer, a suite upgrade and a complimentary culinary experience.
Guests receive 100 points for every night spent at sea. Points multiply according to the suite category -- Ocean Suite x 1, Ocean Penthouse x 2, Ocean Residence x 3 and Owner's Residence x 10.
Customers also earn 100 points for every $1,000 spent onboard the ship (excluding the casino and boutique shops) and 100 points for every $1,000 spent on shore excursions.
Explora Journeys, MSC Group's luxury cruise line, debuted in August 2023. The line has two ships in service, the Explora I and Explora II. The Explora III is coming in 2026.
