Jason Worth was named Oceania Cruises' vice president of international sales, a new role at the cruise line.

He is currently Oceania's vice president of sales and general manager of Asia Pacific. In his new role, Worth will report to senior vice president of global sales Nikki Upshaw.
Worth has been with Oceania since 2011, serving as vice president of sales in Australia and New Zealand from 2019 to 2022 and vice president of finance and accounting for Asia Pacific at parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
Worth will oversee sales teams in the U.K., Europe, Latin America and Brazil, and Asia Pacific.
